About Heckblick

Heckblick is a small studio in Hannover. We make personalized fine art prints of classic Porsches: drawn as reduced illustrations, printed in Germany on Hahnemühle fine art paper, and delivered to your door as a one-of-a-kind piece.

The name says it all. Heckblick means a view of the rear of the car, where the engine sits on a Porsche and where its line reads most clearly. Every motif we draw is conceived from that perspective.

No two posters are alike. The starting point is always your car: the exact model, the factory colors of paint and interior, and the data that belong to that one vehicle alone. VIN or a personal line, and the build year or first registration. Each design is laid out for you and reviewed by us before it goes to print.

We draw instead of photographing. A photograph invites comparison with the real car, and it almost always loses. An illustration stands on its own. It reduces the car to what defines it and turns a motif with your data into a one-of-a-kind print.

Heckblick is an independent studio and is not affiliated with Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. Model names are used solely so you can recognize your car.
