Terms & Conditions
This English translation is provided for convenience only. The German version is legally authoritative.

1. Scope and Contracting Party
(1) These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the website www.heckblick.com.
(2) The contracting party is:
Fabian Gruß Digital Solutions Owner: Fabian Gruß Engelbosteler Damm 77A 30167 Hannover, Germany Email: hello@heckblick.com
(hereinafter "Heckblick" or "we")
(3) Our offer is directed at consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).
2. Products
(1) We sell personalized art prints (posters) featuring stylized car illustrations. Each poster is individually configured according to the customer's specifications (model, color combination) and personalized with the customer's data (e.g. VIN or personal dedication, year of manufacture).
(2) The illustrations are deliberately stylized, artistic depictions — not photorealistic or true-to-scale renderings. Minor deviations between printed colors and the on-screen preview are due to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.
(3) Heckblick is not affiliated with Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG. Brand and model designations are used solely to describe the configuration.
3. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
(2) The customer configures their poster on our website and is redirected to the checkout of our payment provider Shopify to complete the order. By clicking the order button with obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.
(3) The contract is concluded upon receipt of our order confirmation by email, or at the latest upon shipment of the goods.
(4) We store the contract text; the order details are sent to the customer by email. The contract language is German or English, depending on the selected language version of the website.
4. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Payment
(1) All prices stated are final prices in euros. In accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
(2) Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the Shopify checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay). The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
5. Delivery
(1) Production is carried out by our print-on-demand partner after receipt of payment. As every poster is made to order, production typically takes 3–5 business days; the poster is shipped on the next business day after completion. The transit time of the shipping carrier is added on top. Delivery times shown at checkout are non-binding estimates.
(2) Production only begins after we have reviewed the print file. If production is significantly delayed for reasons within our responsibility, we will inform the customer.
(3) Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address details.
6. No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Goods
All posters offered via this website are made to customer specifications and are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs (individual configuration and personalization with personal data such as VIN, dedication, and year of manufacture).
In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is therefore no right of withdrawal. We expressly point this out before the order is placed.
The customer's statutory warranty rights remain unaffected (section 8).
7. Customer Responsibility for Personalization Data
(1) The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the personalization data they enter (in particular VIN, year of manufacture, dedication texts). The data is printed exactly as entered.
(2) Errors in customer-provided data do not constitute a defect in the goods. We do not verify the entered data for factual accuracy.
(3) The customer warrants that the entered texts do not infringe any third-party rights and do not contain unlawful content. We reserve the right to reject orders containing obviously unlawful or offensive content; any payments already made will be refunded in such cases.
8. Warranty
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) For complaints regarding transport damage or print defects, please contact hello@heckblick.com promptly, stating your order number and including photos — this facilitates processing but is not a prerequisite for asserting statutory claims.
9. Liability
(1) We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence.
(2) In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfillment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance the customer may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
(3) Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
10. Copyright
All illustrations and designs are copyrighted works of Heckblick. With the purchase, the customer acquires ownership of the physical print, but no usage or exploitation rights to the underlying illustrations. Reproduction, digitization, or commercial use of the artwork is not permitted.
11. Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
12. Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of their habitual residence.
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
