No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Items

All posters by Heckblick Fine Prints are individually produced to customer specifications (model, color combination, VIN, year of manufacture, personal dedication). In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal, as the items are manufactured to customer specifications and clearly tailored to personal needs.

Please note that production begins promptly after receipt of your order and payment.

Damages and Print Defects

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@heckblick.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will find a quick and straightforward solution — your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected in any case.

Incorrect Personalization Data

Since every poster is produced exactly according to your input, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for errors in customer-provided data (e.g. incorrect VIN, typos in dedications). Please review your details carefully before placing your order.
