A dream in Maritime Blue
Moritz has wanted a 964 for as long as he can remember. This year he finally bought one, in Maritime Blue, and now it hangs in his living room too.
“Honestly, I didn't think a poster on the wall would give me this much joy. But it's not just any Porsche, it's exactly mine.”
The car
It had to be a 964, and in a colour with character. After years of waiting, Moritz found his a few months ago: a Carrera 2 Cabriolet, first registered in May 1992, Maritime Blue over Black.
On the road
Since then it has rarely stood still. Moritz lives south of Munich, with the Alps almost in sight, and drives it on the country roads there, often with the family and preferably in the evening, into the sunset.
The poster
Moritz and I have been friends for many years. When I told him about Heckblick he was in straight away, and his car was the reason I drew the 964 Cabriolet. The poster carries everything that makes it his: the paint, the black interior, the first registration 05/1992 and his VIN.
Where it hangs
In the living room, between the bookshelf and the window. He framed it himself, in light wood with a passe-partout.
